Registry. This website received your data through your email where you requested the registration to participate in the Cafh Annual Works and Extension Activities storage site and / or by self-registration.

Communicate with us. Also when you send us an email for technical support at Ideas.cafh@gmail.com. We register your email, name and the data that you can provide in the email to offer you the required support.

This site does not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We use the Joomla platform as a backend – which also follows the GDPR standards, the Digital Ocean server, Google Analytics for analytical data that does not identify you personally, and Google Drive for receiving and storing user-created content.

Data transfers
Your personal data is not sold or shared with other platforms or databases not expressed in this policy. Our website is hosted on the Digital Ocean server, we use the Joomla platform, Google Drive and Google Analytics. Digital Ocean, Joomla, Google Drive, and Google Analytics are trademarks and have their own privacy policies.

How do we protect your personal data?
We maintain adequate technical and organizational security systems, designed to protect you against destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use of your personal data that is committed accidentally, illegally or unauthorized. This website has SSL technology, has internal antivirus, was certified by Norton Safe Web.
Joomla, Google Drive, Google Analytics and the Digital Ocean Server maintain their privacy and security policies.
Those in charge of operating your data have a confidentiality declaration and operate with ISO 27001 Information Security standards. They are members of Cafh and will manage them as long as they maintain this condition. Their term of confidentiality obliges them for life not to disclose their personal data.
No online platform is 100% secure. We recommend that you keep your operating system always up to date, your antivirus and antimalware updated, change your password regularly, do not share your password and user with anyone.

Your rights
